Webpage Application and Standing Order Forms

For 3 year or 2 year membership, it is necessary to complete an application form. This can be returned together with either a cheque for £150 or £110 as appropriate or, if you wish to pay by credit or debit card, a completed credit/debit card mandate.

For annual or monthly membership, it is necessary to complete both an application form and a standing order form.
