55 members attended the third Annual General Meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust on Thursday 28th June 2007.

The formal part of the evenings dealt with the following business:

i. Apologies
ii. Approve the Minutes of the first Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 29th June 2006
iii. Receive the Chairman's Report
iv. Receive the Report of the Directors and the audited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2006
v. Announce the results of elections to the Society's Board of Directors
vi. Re-appoint MacIntyre Hudson LLP as auditors to hold office until the conclusion of the next general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Society and to authorise the directors to fix their remuneration

The Annual General Meeting was then closed.

There then followed a short informal Question & Answer session that provided an opportunity for an informative and constructive exchange of views between members and the Board of the Supporters Trust ahead of a joint meeting held with members of Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust to discuss a possible merger of the two Trusts. The outcome of the joint meeting is reported elsewhere.
