In a letter dated 4th June 2007 and addressed to members of the Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Society Limited (hereafter Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust or simply the Supporters Trust), a calling notice has been given for the third Annual General Meeting to be held in the Hypnos Lounge, Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ on Thursday 28th June 2007 at 7.30 pm. (Doors and bar open from 7:00 p.m.).

The formal business of the meeting will include approving the minutes of the second AGM of the Society held on Thursday 29th June 2006, receiving the report of the directors and the audited statements for the period ended 31st December 2006, receiving an update on the Supporters Trust in the form of the Chairman's Report, and the appointment of the Auditors.

A copy of the minutes of the second AGM of the Society held on Thursday 29th June 2006 was enclosed together with a copy of the Chairman's report, that was received at the AGM on Thursday 29th June 2006, and the report of the directors and the audited financial statements for the period ended 31st December 2006.

As detailed in an earlier communication, nominations for the Board of Directors of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Society Ltd. were to be received by Thursday 24th May 2007. The Returning Officer has confirmed that valid nominations were received from four candidates to fill the five open positions and hence no ballot is required. The following four people will be duly re-appointed to the Board of Directors of the Supporters Trust: Ms. Maria Edwards, Mr. Tim Goode, Mr. Martin Hamilton and Mr. Geoff Taylor. Statements provided by each of the candidates as part of their nomination process were enclosed for information purposes only.

Following the formal business of the meeting, there will be an opportunity for a more informal question and answer session to address the Board's plans for the year ahead and any matters that Members wish to raise with the Directors.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given as follows:-

That the third Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held in the Hypnos Lounge, Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ on Thursday 28th June 2007 at 7.30 pm when the following Ordinary Business will be considered:-

i. To approve the Minutes of the second Annual General meeting held on Thursday 29th June 2006 - a copy of which is enclosed.
ii. To receive The Chairman's Report.
iii. To receive the report of the directors and the audited financial statements for the period ended 31st December 2006 - a copy of which is enclosed.
iv. To announce the results of elections to the Society's Board of Directors.
v. To re-appoint MacIntyre Hudson LLP as auditors to hold office to the conclusion of the next general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Society and to authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE CLOSED.
