Appointment of the Trust's representative on the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC
The Supporters Trust's representative on the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC will be appointed as a separate process. It will be a requirement that anyone seeking nomination as the Trust's representative on the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC must be a serving member of the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust. Due to the need to complete the appointments to the Board of Supporters Trust and then accommodate the summer period, during which many members will be on holiday, the election (if there are two or more candidates) of the representative to the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC will be held in late September/early October 2007 with the result declared on or before Monday 15th October 2007. It is necessary that anyone who wishes to stand for nomination as the Trust's representative on the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC first stand for election to the Board of the Supporters Trust.

Commenting on this announcement, Francis Glenister, Chairman of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust, said: "In the past year, the Supporters Trust has made progress including making repayments on the loan taken out to purchase the Trust's shareholding in the PLC, which in turn ensures that the Trust has continuing representation on the PLC Board. The AGM represents an opportunity for Members to participate in the democratic process. It is healthy for the Trust that the Trust's membership has the opportunity to reflect on the progress made by the Trust and either re-elect or replace Board members to carry the Trust forward. I hope that those who have not yet joined the Trust will take advantage of the announcement of the AGM to do so. It is important that the Supporters Trust is as representative as possible of the supporter base of Wycombe Wanderers."
