Wycombe Wanderers Trust Limited
Press Statement
12th September 2008

Following the passing of appropriate resolutions by members of both Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust earlier in the year, the transfer of engagements from Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust to Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust has been completed.

As part of this process, Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust has been reconstituted with a new name; a new Memorandum of Association; and new Articles of Association. A board of directors has been appointed consisting of the members of the boards of the two previous Trusts thereby creating one organisation to undertake the roles that the Supporters Trust and Founders Trust played separately.

Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Society Limited (a.k.a. the Supporters Trust) has been closed and removed from the register of Industrial and Provident Societies.

The Trusts are now legally unified and former members of the two Trusts are now members of Wycombe Wanderers Trust Limited.

Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC has adopted new Articles of Association that include the provision that Wycombe Wanderers Trust Limited can appoint two directors to the board of the PLC, subject to the condition in the case of one of the directors that the Trust holds a minimum of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the PLC. The Trust currently meets this condition.

The board of Wycombe Wanderers Trust Limited are working through various outstanding details so as to create an effective Trust that provides members with a continued positive influence within our Football Club. In due course, further information will be published about the detailed structure and workings of the unified Trust.
