Joint Meeting of
Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust
Hypnos Lounge, Adams Park Thursday 28th June 2007 at 8:00 p.m.

The Boards of the Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust have invited members to attend a meeting on Thursday 28th June 2007 to discuss a potential merger between the two Trusts.

Members of the two Trusts have been sent a letter as follows:

As you will be aware, since their formation Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust have worked closely together. Whilst the two Trusts have somewhat different membership criteria, structures and remits, the similarities between the two Trusts are much greater than the differences. This is demonstrated by the fact that approximately 125 people are members of both Trusts, out of a membership of 270 for the Supporters Trust and 240 for the Founders Trust.

Since the beginning of 2007, a working party made up of members from the boards of both Trusts have been exploring a merger between the two Trusts. This work has progressed to a stage where the Boards of the Trusts believe that we have a workable framework for such a merger and that such a merger is the appropriate course of action.

The Boards of the two Trusts invite you to attend a meeting on Thursday 28th June 2007 at which the following will be explained: the rationale for a merger; the proposed framework for a merger including the arrangements to protect the voting of Founders Shares currently held by the Founders Trust; and the next steps that the Trusts will be taking.

Whilst no formal resolutions will be put to the meeting, the Boards of the Trusts will seek a mandate from those in attendance to progress the merger further.

The meeting will be in the Hypnos Lounge, Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ on Thursday 28th June 2007 at 8:00 pm.

Please note that the third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Supporters Trust will occur on the same evening starting at 7:30 p.m. Members of the Supporters Trust are asked to arrive slightly before 7:30 p.m. so that the AGM might start promptly. It is anticipated that the formal business of the AGM will be completed within 30 minutes and members are invited to then attend the joint meeting of both Trusts at 8:00 p.m.

Founders Trust members arriving for the meeting at 8:00 p.m. are asked to allow the Supporters Trust to complete the AGM before joining for the joint meeting.
