Joint Meeting of
Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust
Vere Suite, Adams Park Wednesday 23rd January 2008 at 8:00 p.m.

Approximately 50 members of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust attended a meeting on Wednesday 23rd January 2008 to hear details of the proposed unification of the two Trusts. Members received a presentation outlining the rationale for the unification, the proposed structure of the unified Trust and the steps that are legally required in order for unification to be achieved. The presentation was followed by a question and answer session.

Having received details of the proposed unified Trust including the maintenance of existing rights, the mood of the meeting was supportive of the unification, which is recommended by the boards of both Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust.

It is important that members return their proxy forms for the meetings that have been called for 7th February. This will ensure that the boards of the Trusts receive the clearest guidance of the wishes of members. Further, the legal process for the unification requires that a minimum of 50% of the total membership of the Supporters Trust vote otherwise unification can not proceed, even if it receives the necessary support from those who do vote.
