General Meeting of
Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust
Vere Suite, Adams Park Wednesday 27th February 2008

At a quorate Special General Meeting held on Wednesday 27th February 2008, members of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust passed an ordinary resolution to proceed with the process of unifying the two Trusts.

Members of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust voted to confirm the decision to transfer the Supporters Trust's Engagements (its assets, liabilities and membership) to Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust that was itself passed at a Special General Meeting on 7th February 2008.

The exact wording of the Ordionary Resolution approved at the meeting on 27th February 2008 can be downloaded below. The voting on the resolution is also reported below.

The Transfer of Engagements remains conditional upon Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC making necessary changes to its Articles of Association to accomodate the proposed transfer and the Financial Services Authority (FSA), that regulates the Supporters Trust, approving the Special Resolution that was passed by the Supporters Trust on 7th February 2008.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC to vote on the necessary changes to the Articles of Association of the PLC has been called for Wednesday 19th March 2008. This EGM will be followed by a General Meeting of Founder Shareholders to approve the necessary changes to the Articles of Association of the PLC. A analysis of the proposed PLC Articles of Association has been undertaken separately. This analysis was presented at a separate open meeting that followed the Special General Meeting on the evening of 27th February 2008. It can also be viewed using the links below.

Details can only be sent to the FSA for their consideration only if these meetings approve the Articles of Association and subsequently the Football League and Football Association also approve the new Articles of Association.

Members will be informed of any significant developments, including when the Transfer of Engagements has been completed.
