Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust

Schedule of meetings of at which resolutions will be placed to approve the unification of the Trusts.

Please note that the Wednesday 27th February date is provisional at this stage and depends on the passing of the necessary resolutions on 7th February

Wednesday 23rd January 2008
· 8:00 pm Information meeting for members of both Trusts

Thursday 7th February 2008
· 7:30 pm WWST 1st Special General Meeting
o Special resolution to transfer engagements to WWFT
· 8:00 pm WWFT Annual General Meeting
o Special Resolution to accept transfer of engagements from WWST
o Special Resolution to change name to WWT
o Special resolution to adopt new Memorandum and Articles of Association

Wednesday 27th February 2008
· 8:00 pm WWST 2nd Special General Meeting
o Ordinary resolution to confirm transfer of engagements to WWFT

Subsequently there will be a general meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC (the PLC) to approve changes to its Articles of Association to refer to the unified Trust rather than the existing Trusts. This meeting will be called by the PLC.

The registration of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust will be cancelled once the Financial Services Authority confirms that it has registered the Transfer of Engagements.
