The Supporters Trust's share certificate

In March 2006, the Boards of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust mailed a newsletter to all members of the Trusts.

The newsletter covered the following matters:
1. Steve Brown and Team WWFC running in the London Marathon;
2. The sponsored walk by Andy Worboys;
3. The Trusts' report on the PLC's first AGM held in January 2006 including the resultant restriction on issuing shares to members in small lots;
4. Confirmation that the Supporters Trust has purchased 100,000 shares in Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC and has thereby secured its representation on the Board of the PLC;
5. A membership update on the Trusts, whose joint membership is approaching 400;
6. An update on the very popular Life Membership scheme of the Supporters Trust; and
7. An initial statement from the Trusts on the issue of Stadium Name Sponsorship.

Enclosed with the newsletter was a response form so that those receiving the letter might respond on a number of topics raised in the letter.

One of the responses was aimed at discovering how many shares, in Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC, members of the Trusts would be interested in purchasing if such shares were available (minimum amount £500).

The Trusts received responses indicating demand for a further £11,500 shares in the PLC.

Currently the three major shareholders in the PLC, Messrs Beeks, Hayes and Kane, are able to convert loan notes in the ratio of £3 of loans notes (£1 each) for every new £1 share issued to another shareholder. Based on the demand of Trust members the Club's debts could be reduced by a useful £46,000. However, currently the PLC can not issue shares in small blocks to those fans who want them. The Trusts are exploring whether or not it is possible to overcome this restriction. The greater the potential interest in shares the greater the possibility that the restriction can be overcome.

The Trusts would like to compile a more complete list of those, whether members of the Trusts or not, who would be interested in buying shares in Wycombe Wanderers Football Club PLC, if such shares were available (minimum amount £500).

If you would be interested in buying such shares, please use the links below to either complete a form which you download and print (return the form to the address provided on the form) or indicate your interest by completing the online form. (Note: Those who have already returned a form to the Trust need not repeat their response.)

The March newsletter and response form can be downloaded below. Links are provided to the items raised in the letter that have their own News items on the Supporters Trust website.
