Annual General Meeting Meeting of
Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust

The Board of the Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust has called an Annual General Meeting on Thursday 7th February 2008. In addition to the usual mateters of an AGM, the meeting will vote on a number of Special Resolutions, approval of which is a necessary step in the proposed unification of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust with Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust.

Members of the Trust have been sent a letter as follows dated 12th January 2008 :

Enclosed with this letter you will find a calling notice for the Annual General Meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust to be held on Thursday 7th February 2008 together with important documents associated with the business of the AGM.

Subject to certain conditions, it is intended that Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust and Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust should unify to form one Trust. In addition to the usual matters of an AGM, members will consider three Special Resolutions, which if approved, will enable this unification to occur. Enclosed you will find a set of guidance notes on the implications of the three Special Resolutions. The Directors of Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust recommend that members approve each of the three Special Resolutions.

You will also have received notice of a separate meeting for members of both Trusts, which is to be held on 23rd January 2007. This meeting is intended to ensure that members understand the new Trust's structure, its objectives and the unification process. The Trusts' Boards will explain these matters together with answering any questions or concerns that you may have.

It is important that the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust receives guidance from members on the issues that are to be voted upon at the AGM. If you will be unable to attend the AGM in person, you are asked to complete and return the proxy form that is enclosed. This will ensure that your views are recorded. Instructions for returning the proxy form are to be found on the document. Alternatively you may use the enclosed Freepost envelope, which will also ensure that the proxy reaches the Founders Trust.

The Board of Wycombe Wanderers Founders Trust would welcome any members who wish to join the Board of the Trust. An appropriate nomination form is enclosed. This should be completed and returned to the address indicated.
