Terms and Conditions
Interpretation
In these conditions, the term "Wycombe Wanderers Supporters
Trust" refers to Wycombe Wanderers Supporters' Society Limited.
"Buyer" means the person who accepts a quotation of
the Seller for the sale of the goods or whose order for the goods
is accepted by the Seller.
"Goods" means membership of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters
Trust products and such other goods as may be ordered by the Buyer
which the Seller is to supply in accordance with these conditions.
"Seller" means Wycombe Wanderers Supporters' Society
Limited whose office is at 1 Allen Drive, Walters Ash, High Wycombe,
Bucks HP14 4SS.
"Conditions" means the standard terms & conditions
of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise
requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in
writing between the Buyer and the Seller.
"Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale
of the Goods.
"Writing" includes email, telex, cable, facsimile transmission
and comparable means of communication.
Any reference in these conditions to any provision of a statute
shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended
, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
The headings on these terms and conditions are for convenience
only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Basis of the sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to and govern any
contract between the Seller and the Buyer to the exclusion of
any conditions contained on or in any order form letter, receipt,
acknowledgement or other document emanating from the Buyer and
no variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective
unless expressly agreed by authorised representatives of the Seller
in Writing.
Any advise or recommendations given by the Seller to the Buyer
as to the storage, application or use of the goods which is not
confirmed in writing by the Seller is followed or enacted upon
entirely at the Buyer's own risk.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any
sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer,
invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller
shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part
of the Seller.
Orders & Specifications
The Buyer shall be responsible to the Seller for ensuring the
accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specification)
submitted by the Buyer and for giving the Seller any necessary
information relating to the Goods within a sufficient time to
enable the Seller to perform the Contract in accordance with its
terms.
The Seller reserves the right to make any changes in the specification
of the Goods which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
Export Restrictions
There are no known export restrictions on Goods provided by the
Seller.
The Buyer must pay the cost of delivery of Goods to the agreed
place of delivery if they are not collected from the Seller.
Price of the Goods
The price of the Goods are subject to confirmation at the time
of the order and include sales tax/VAT when applicable.
The Seller reserves the right , by giving notice to the Buyer
at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods
to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due
to any factor which is beyond the control of the Seller (such
as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency
regulation, alteration of duties increase in the costs of materials).
The Seller shall not be bound by any price quoted on the telephone.
A firm quotation in writing remains valid for a period of 14 days.
Delivery
Delivery shall be made by the Buyer collecting the Goods from
the Seller at any time after being notified that the Goods are
ready for collection or if some other place for delivery has been
agreed by delivery of the Goods to that place. Any dates quoted
for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller
shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever
caused. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Where the
goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall
constitute a separate contract and failure by the Seller to deliver
any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions
or any claim by the Buyer in respect of any one or more instalments
shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as
repudiated.
Payment terms
The terms and conditions of payment will, in the absence of a
negotiated variance, require the Buyer to pay the full price of
the Goods on confirmation of order by the Seller. Payments must
be cleared prior to dispatch. Receipts for payment will only be
issued on request.
Currency of Transaction
All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling, and in the case
of payment by cheque, drawn on a bank account located within the
United Kingdom.
Title of the Goods
Title in all Goods supplied by the Seller shall vest in the Seller
until the Seller has received full payment in respect thereof.
Cancellation Policy
No order which has been accepted by the Seller maybe cancelled
by the Buyer except with the written agreement of the Seller and
on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full against
all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost
of all materials and labour used), damages, charges and expenses
incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Membership subscriptions and donations are non-refundable and
non-replaceable.
Goods found to be defective upon delivery and returned to the
Seller within 10 working days of delivery will be replaced with
identical items or the price of the Goods will be refunded entirely
at the Seller's discretion.
Risk and Property
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer
: in the case of the Goods to be delivered at the Sellers premises;
at the time when the Buyer collects the Goods from the Seller
; or in the case of the Goods to be delivered otherwise than at
the Seller's premises , at the time of delivery.
Until such time as the property in the Goods passes to the Buyer
(and provided that the Goods are still in existence and have not
been resold), the Seller shall be entitled at any time to require
the Buyer to deliver up the Goods to the Seller and , if the Buyer
fails to do so forthwith , to enter upon any premises of the Buyer
or third party where Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.
Force Majeure
Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but its due
performance is subject to cancellation by the Seller or to such
variation as it may find necessary as a result of inability to
secure labour, materials or supplies, or as a result of any act
of God, war, strike, Lockout or other labour dispute, Fire, Flood,
drought , legislation or other cause ( whether of the foregoing
class or not ) beyond the Sellers control.
Governing Law
These conditions and all other terms of the contract shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
In any dispute with the Seller regarding these Terms and Conditions
or supply of Goods to the Buyer, the parties shall submit to the
jurisdiction of the English Courts.
